When assembling our daily menus, we stay true to our company values. These are mainly honest, tasty cooking and local ingredients. But we also take into consideration a variability of people’s tastes and, therefore, we will satisfy a traditional preference of the food as well as a vegan, vegetarian or a fit one.
The meat we use is of Slovak origin exclusively and from suppliers that raise animals without using antibiotics or growth hormones. The milk products are supplied to us by a local farm in Gader (Blatnica).
Seasonal and regional ingredients also play a crucial role in our kitchen, and we always prefer home-made products, thought up and crafted by us, over the ready-made. These are, for instance, hand-made dumplings, home-baked buns and bread, or our own meat and vegetable broths.
